2010I am determined for 2010 to be the year things turn around for me and my family.  This is the year of the fire.  Refining and purifying my soul, my attitude, my spirit, my life.  The walls that have been holding us back will come down.  The barriers that have gone up will be taken down.

As I enter into year 2010 there are things that I know must be changed if I am to succeed:

  • I must stop reading every bit of information out there and start doing.  I’ve read so many ebooks, reports and blogs that I need to start putting the information I have into practice.  As long as I don’t take my knowledge and use it I will never make a dime.  It’s time to make some money.
  • My time must be prioritized.  Focus more on research and development and less on unimportant thanks like the endless barrage of emails that come because of the free giveaways I’ve signed up for.  This also goes into family time as well.  You must make time for family and other activities or you will get burned out.
  • Use the free giveaways to my advantage.  After you have been a member and downloaded the countless gifts in the giveaways you start getting repeats.  I have what I need, it’s time to contribute and start growing my list.
  • This will be the year that we get on a budget and stay on it.  We will start saving more money and control the money going out better.  The insanity has to stop.  It won’t stop unless I change it.  Quit doing the same thing and expecting different outcomes.  Make a change and the outcome will change.
  • This year I must grow spiritually in the Lord if I am truly going to make it.  I have been playing church for way too long.

These five goals are just a starting point.  There is much, much more that I must do through out this coming year to improve myself.  You have to start somewhere.  The journey begins with one step and these are my first steps going into the new year.  I may stumble and fall at the start but if I focus on finishing the race I will make it happen.

Do you have goals this year that you would like to make happen?  Leave a comment and mention a few of them.  Don’t forget to sign up for my newsletter or follow me on Twitter and Facebook.
